Abele Homes’ newest community, Cedar Pointe is a winner of the Saratoga Builder’s Association’s 2017 Showcase of Homes Realtor’s Choice Award in the Classic Homes category. The stunning colonial floor plan combines functionality and timeless architecture.

The award-winning Chestnut Hill model is a colonial plan with four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two half bathrooms and a finished basement, totaling 3,119 square feet. The community offers a plan for every family – traditional colonial homes, first-floor master bedrooms designs and single-floor ranches. Our new model home boasts an open floor plan with a large great room featuring a wall of windows, stone fireplace, multi-functional, custom built-ins and a sun-drenched morning room for informal dining. The formal dining room is perfect for more formal dining and features custom craftsman wall panels and crown molding. The spacious kitchen has an oversized island with white cabinetry, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances and specialty lighting.

The home also features an elegant oak staircase located off of the family room with wrought iron balusters leading to a perfectly-designed second-floor layout. Upstairs, you will find a window-facing study alcove with a family-designed computer planning/homework desk, all of the bedrooms and the laundry room. The luxurious master bedroom suite is both quiet and dramatic – the bathroom features a custom-tiled bath and large walk-in closet. For all of your conveniences, you will love the second-floor laundry room with built-in cabinets, a utility sink and a custom-stained barn door. The multi-purpose finished basement boasts additional living space with a large family room and half bathroom – a perfect teen retreat.

Wooded lots! All 47 homes in Cedar Pointe are situated on matured-treed home sites. The Abele Homes’ award-winning model also features a TimberTeck maintenance-free deck and a 2-car garage with a storage alcove.

Our model home at 11 Copper Ridge Drive is located right off of Route 9 in Malta, minutes to Saratoga Springs and Global Foundries. 1-87 to Exit 12, south on Route 9, just 1 mile on the left to Copper Ridge Drive. There’s something for every family and lifestyle — single-floor living, first-floor masters with lofts and traditional colonial floor plans. When my wife & I decided to build a new home, we started looking in Saratoga county. After looking what seemed like forever, my wife saw a “Glen Meadows” sign and she suggested we look there. When we drove in, we started getting excited and went in the open house. When we walked in the model home, we knew instantly that this was it and we decided our new home would be built by Abele Builders. I have to say, that was the best decisions we have ever made. I can not say enough about this family-owned and operated company. This family is a class act. I have been in the construction business for 48 years and believe the attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none. When I walked through the model home and saw the quality of work, there was no question. We set up a time to sign the contract and we were on our way. When it came time to pick out everything for the house, we went to Abele’s design center. What an exciting and absolute joy that was. Working with Phyllis and Moe Abele was like working with a part of our family. They were absolutely awesome, very helpful in our decisions and made us feel very comfortable. This whole experience has been so exciting. Thanks to the Abele family and staff. You are absolutely the best. “Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
