| In the mid nineties it became apparent that Saratoga County was as desirable a place to work as it was to live. After researching the area Abele Builders concluded that quality commercial office and industrial space was scarce. Our mission then became to build superior commercial buildings with an emphasis on customer service. Our goal was to achieve a level of excellence that would equal our hard earned reputation as a successful home builder.
Abele Builders has developed and currently manages well over 200,000 square feet of commercial space. The majority of our properties are located in the Capital Region Business Park, Clifton Park, New York. Our buildings are currently occupied by forty-six diverse businesses.
